HOW DO I START RENTING WITH YOU?
You could visit us anytime during our office hours (Mon-Sun: 9am - 7pm), bring along your personal identification (ID card / passport accepted) and our staff will aid you on the matter.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our vault is located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, it only takes a 3 minute walk from the mtr exit A1.

SIZE AND PRICE OF DEPOSIT BOXES
We provide thousands of deposit boxes, coming in a dozen various sizes, range from the smallest 5' x 6' x 12' (h w d) to the largest 30' x 23' x 43' (h w d). They cost from $55 to $5500, depending on the size. Renting period starts from 3 months (quarterly). Rental will require a 3 months deposit, of which will be returned when the rental ends.
WHAT AM I ALLOW TO STORE IN MY DEPOSIT BOX?
You can store a wide range of personal belongings, such as gold, jewellery, legal documents or other valuables. Among exclusions are living organisms, anything inflammable, explosives, poisons, weapons and drugs. You can find a full list of what is excluded in our Terms & Conditions or simply check with our staff.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY KEYS?
When you start renting with us, you will be give two identical keys. If you lose one or both of them, you should inform us immediately and make an appointment to arrange a change of lock.

WHY WEALTHY SAFE?
Many traditional banks have ceased to offer these facilities in recent years, the waiting list of deposit box is growing everyday, but the supply of the service is not keeping up with the demand. Our vault provides a professional service to customers, long opening hours, reliable and safe security and fire systems, covering your valuables 24/7.
IS THERE ANY SURVEILLANCE CAMERA INSIDE THE VAULT?
We respect that our customers would like to have their own privacy, hence there are multiple private rooms (without any cctv) for you to use, guaranteeing your privacy at its best.
HOW MANY PERSON ARE ALLOWED TO ACCESS THE BOX?
Each individual deposit box allows three associates, everyone can access the box on their own (unless specifies otherwise).
CAN I INCLUDE NEW ASSOCIATES WITH EXISTING RENTAL?
Yes, all you need to do is visit our vault with the new associates and the rental agreement in order to have them updated.
WHY IS YOUR PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED?
Your personal identification and information will be used strictly for purpose of identifying your identity in the future and for records only. We will not disclose your information to a third party.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO RENEW MY AGREEMENT?
As the rental agreement draws to an end, we will remind you a month before and when the rental period ends with a phone call. If you have failed to renew the contract a month after agreement ends, we will assume that the rental ends automatically.
